Work In Print - a celebration of Kelso’s contribution to 500 years of printing in Scotland

An exhibition to be held in Kelso Town Hall during St James Fair 2008 - September 6th and 7th.

It will be jointly hosted by:
Friends of Kelso Museum.
Heritage Hub.
Kelso Library.
Local Studies Librarian.
Kelso & District Amenity Society
Kelso Graphics

As well as for your information, this is an appeal for for any historical Kelso printing artefacts – things like printers blocks etc – the older the better!
If you have any hidden away or can point us in the direction of any, please contact Ruth Holmes at Kelso Library in the first instance.
We have a good selection of books and newspapers but it is practical things to add wider interest to the exhibition which we would wish to borrow.
